Mods can raise that level depnding on how big the failure is. Applies only when you're a Magistrate.

Respect of the Council - Your continued efforts to bring criminals to justice through respectable means has earned you the respect of the jedi council. You can call on them for favours, be it protection, or advice.

Mental Force: Without using the Force you can use Vulcan discipline to heat up any object within 10 meters to burning temperatures. 75% success rate
Soul Stealer: Using the Force you can push a being's soul into a kind of hibernation and put his body in coma. 50% chance of it working on an individual target. 25% chance of catastrophic over calculation and you stealing the soul of everyone nearby - and if that happens 25% chance of immediately falling to the Dark Side. Further 25% chance of the Dark Side briefly taking control. DANGER: If you steal the soul of a being with more will/ mental strength than yourself he can and will take over your body and mind and you will cease to exist or perhaps even be forced into another, lesser body.
Battle Meditation: Using the Force you can meditate and increase the combat effectiveness of those around you by 20% However, when using this you are generally unaware of the actions taking place immediately around you and are wide open to attack.
Fine Control: You have learned to use the Force in such a way as to exercise very fine control over it. You can direct your attention and efforts in the Force in such a way that is extremely difficult for other Force users to sense.(90%) If they are in your presence they may detect something, but will have a very hard time pinpointing its source. If they are not in your presence they have to be a powerful Force user who is currently in the act of meditating and trying to sense other Force users or actions of the Force or they will get nothing.(95%, but only if someone is already trying to sense something)
Make Yourself Small: This is a technique developed independently by certain Jedi Masters and by the Romulan Inquisitor Zakal. It allows the person exercising it to reduce his force presence to a mere pinprick - thus, making it almost impossible for a user of the Force to detect. In addition, by sensing the ripples of attention directed at the user it is possible to deflect the attention of the person watching so that the target’s brain does not register as having seen anyone. "Force Sleep": A techinque imparted to Ken Stone via Inquisitor Zakal, it involves using Telepathy or the force to press on a specific nerve cluster that results in the being passing out.
Sneak Attack: You are becoming quite adept at using your stealth abilities in attacks. +10% of an attack being pulled off if stealth is involved. Be it attacking from the shadows or hiding using the force.

Silver Tongued: Your natural ability with words means you can talk your way out of situations, avoiding violence. +5% chance of persuasion or diplomatic attempts succeeding.
Survivors of YAVIN IV: You are known as being among the company that helped bring down the first death star, and then survived the massive Imperial counter attack. No tales of desperation will impress you, no story of woe will move you. You have “Been there, done that.” You have a confidence in your abilities and in the abilities of those around you that comes only with the experience of fighting a desperate, loosing battle and somehow making it through. Works as Impact among fellow rebels, and inspires awe in civilians. Because of the newfound calm in the midst of disaster you gain a +10 dexterity and +2 combat bonus when outnumbered.

(A holographic disguiser is an advanced form of holoprojector capable of placing a stored holographic image over an existing real world object. Also called a holoshround, this device allows items, including living creatures, to be almost perfectly disguised as other objects. The CQ-3.9x is a small unit that can be worn on a belt and has only enough memory capacity to store a single image. Obviously, the holo image must be at least as large as the item it is to cover. The CQ-39x has only enough power to operate for 2 minutes, though it is possible to hook it up to a larger power supply.
The Image is extremely high in quality and even moves as the item or person shrouded moves, making it almost impossible for the unaided eye to detect as a fake (Spot check DC25). Sensors, camera, and droids are more likely to dtect a telltale flicker and realize something is amiss; they receive a +5 bonus on their checks.
This unit has been modified to store more images, even though it is still fairly small with being able to hold a total of 3 holoimages, and extended power system allowing up to 10 minutes of continious operation, and recharges while not in use.

Can only be used once a turn before it needs to shut down to recharge. It can be used for ten minutes, with a larger power supply, 20. However this weighs down the user. -5 Dexterity in that case.

The Spelunker probe droid, also known as the chameleon droid, was a covert mine-laying probe droid used by the Commerce Guild, and later the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. It saw use on many fronts, including Ilum and Felucia.
The chameleon droid gets its name from the use of a holographic array to project surrounding imagery in its place, effectively rendering the droid invisible. While not a true cloaking device, it is nonetheless effective against passive sensor scans. The droid's cylindrical body contains a small repulsorlift unit. While not used for propulsion, it does lessen the droid's overall weight, increasing its agility as it travels on four articulated pincer legs. The legs can generate traction fields allowing the droid to secure purchase on the most slippery of slopes. These droids could walk even on walls and ceilings.

B3 Ultra Battle Droid (x6)
The B3 ultra battle droid was a powerful prototype battle droid designed by the Confederacy of Independent Systems and deployed approximately five months after the Battle of Geonosis.
The B3 ultra battle droid was based on the B2 super battle droid model, though was far larger and bulkier than it. The B3 had two large arms fitted with a flamethrower and a wide-spray plasma cannon. Two smaller arms, located underneath the primary limbs, featured deadly rapid-fire blasters, similar to the B2 battle droid. In addition, the ultra droid had a magazine of "brilliant missiles" located to the left of its large, neckless head. The B3 also has a density projector to increase its weight, keeping it from falling over in combat.

Droideka MkII (x4)
The droideka Mark II was an illegally modified variant of the droideka employed by Tyber Zann.
Like its predecessor, the Mark II was vulnerable when it was moving; however, when deployed, it was essentially a turret. This version of the droideka was different from previous types not only in appearance but also in capabilities, as they were capable of switching between blaster cannons and ion cannons, which allowed them to combat infantry or vehicles. Like the original droideka, they utilized a shield to protect themselves from harm when they were deployed.

Rebel Modified T-47 Airspeeder (Takes up a fighter slot in a base hangar)
The T-47 was modified by the Rebel Alliance into a patrol and combat craft, becoming commonly known as the snowspeeder, especially after its extensive use at Echo Base on Hoth.
The Rebel Alliance had used the T-47 airspeeder for reconnaissance on Dantooine and other planets. When the Rebels moved to Hoth, the airspeeder required modifications to function for extended periods in the extremely cold climate.
In addition to cold environments, T-47s were modified by Alliance forces for use in several different climates. The swampspeeder version included floatation gear and water-tight seals. The sandspeeder was equipped with advanced filters to keep out sand, engine cooling units, and long-range radar for navigating sandstorms. The skyspeeder had a pressurized cockpit and more powerful repulsorlifts for higher altitudes, and was used in patrolling the Rebel's base on Arbra.
